Licensing Your Next Print
Non-Exclusive License
License an original Byheart print while the design remains available to other clients. Territory and product use are defined in your agreement.
Standard term: 2 years.
Exclusive License
Secure exclusive rights to a selected print for an agreed territory, product category, and period. Extensions are available by mutual agreement.
Standard term: 1 year.
Full Buyout
Acquire the agreed economic rights to an original design through a separate written assignment. Scope and pricing are individually negotiated.
Term: Permanent, as defined in the agreement.
- 1. Choose Your Design — Explore the collections and select your preferred print.
- 2. Submit a License Request — Choose your license type, product category, territory and duration.
- 3. Receive Your Proposal — We'll review your request and confirm the final license scope and fee.
- 4. Review & Sign — Once the terms are agreed, both parties sign the licensing agreement.
- 5. Payment & File Delivery — After payment and the required agreement are completed, your production-ready design files will be delivered.
Important:
Commercial usage rights are granted only under the agreed license terms. Digital design files are not released before the agreement and payment are completed.
