Technology & Inks

Product goes through a dye sublimation process. Firstly the design is printed on heat resistant transfer paper then the image is embedded into the item for a long lasting print secured with heat press.

Quality Control

Each item is individually inspected prior to shipping, checking the print quality and positioning as well as the item itself as it should be fully functioning.

Mailing envelope with bubble plastic bag inside to protect the item during shipping process.

Cancelation & Return 

Once an order is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited as the item may have been created. 
Contact Byheart Design customer care as soon as possible with your name, the product name, the order number, and your adress. If a cancellation is possible, we will attempt to do everything in our power to make it happen.

No cancelations nor address changes are possible during the holiday season. 

By default, Printify only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided and this will always take the form of Printify Credits.

We only offers replacements for lost orders or faulty products.

Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color,  we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You alone are in charge of capturing the right information from your customers. 

If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact Byheart Design directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.
